Springwoods Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Adolescent Nurse Manager to join our skilled and dedicated team of psychiatric professionals providing service excellence to our patients
The Adolescent Nurse Manger is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and performance and improvement efforts, while providing supervision of RN’s and MHTs. This position will monitor staffing needs on assigned shifts. This position is responsible for assisting the CNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/MHT staff required training. Also provides, on as-needed basis, patient nursing assessments. Participates in Treatment Team meetings as needed.

Qualifications
Licenses or Certifications: Current licensure and registration by the Arkansas Board of Nurse Examiners as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR and AED certification, or must obtain within 90-days of hire. Previous experience working with adolescent patients preferred.
