Your Role :
The Medical Information (Med Info) Director will lead the development and execution of an innovative medical information customer experience for Springworks Therapeutics products. The remit also includes collaborating with Clinical Development, Commercial, Pharmacovigilance and Quality Assurance to ensure timely and compliant capture and triage of reported adverse events and product complaints., The Director will oversee the creation of medical information response documents, contribute to evidence-based compendia submission packages, and support the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.
Location Classification – Hybrid :
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain robust Medical Information processes that are fit for local and global business requirements and is audit- and inspection ready. This includes responsibility for compliant customer service, global and local content generation planning / execution, and metric & insights generation to drive business decisions.
- Lead development and implementation processes for compendia landscape; develop comprehensive compendia strategies for product by interfacing with key internal stakeholders and lead submission process.
- Lead medical congress booth strategy, content development and execution.
- Develop and provide training for Commercial field teams, MSLs, and med info vendor, as needed.
- Oversee and train call center staff globally, ensuring compliance and serving as key point for call center audits.
- Perform literature searches using PubMed, Embase, and other medical literature searching databases, sharing relevant current publications with internal colleagues regularly.
- Create and update medical response letters, ensuring timely delivery to requests.
- Provide scientific review of medical and promotional / non-promotional materials for accuracy and balance.
- Monitor, collect, and analyze metrics for Medical Information activities, reporting regularly and conducting audits to ensure compliance.
- Staff the Medical Information booth at congresses and national conventions as needed.
- Be an active member of the Global Medical Operations & Excellence team, contributing to strategic decision-making in cross-functional forums.
- Drive the implementation of innovative practices within the Medical Information function to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation and Benefits :
The expected salary range for this position is $184,000.00 - $242,500.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
