Your Role :
SpringWorks Therapeutics is looking for a Senior Data Engineering who is able to work hands-on designing, building, and operating the data infrastructure to support our enterprise reporting and analytics platform. Our data pipelines include the ingestion and management of extensive third-party data sources, data replication from our operational systems, and integrations between those operational systems. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration platforms and principles.
Although an individual contributor, this role is a player / coach, requiring both the ability to develop directly and the ability to supervise consultants in similar roles and hold them accountable to deliver results that meet our high expectations.
Location Classification – Hybrid :
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work independently to design, model, develop, implement, test and deploy appropriate integration solutions within our platform using data engineering best practices and SpringWorks development standards
- Support a variety of data integration, enrichment, and master data management initiatives across enterprise scale software platforms
- Develop technical implementation plans with duration estimates; execute those plans to deliver quality solutions on time
- Oversee the design, continuous development and execution of our DevOPs / DataOPs pipeline
- Produce documentation and SOPs for peer reference and knowledge transfer
- Work with Key Stakeholders to develop and refine business requirements
- Oversee and own all change management and compliance documentation and deliverables to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP, privacy or other regulatory requirements
- Responsible for daily support of data engineering jobs within the data platform
- Continual process improvement to ensure data quality, accuracy, availability, and value
- Support both internal and external analytic teams with their data requirements and needs
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Role Requirements :
Compensation & Benefits :
The expected salary range for this position is $125,750.00 - $165,500.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
