What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate Ada position at Sprinkles Donut Shop?
Michigan's favorite donut shop, Sprinkles Donuts, is looking for retail associates for our Ada retail location.
Candidates should be enthusiastic, dependable, and possess a strong dedication to providing exceptional service to our customers. Experience working in retail is a plus! Positions are part-time with flexible hours. Candidates must be 18 years or older, and willing to open and/or close the store. Regular store hours are 6AM-3PM, closed on Monday.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Provide product information to customers
- Handling point of sale purchases
- Packing orders
- Maintaining clean and comfortable store appearance
