Responsibilities

- Help to plan production using our ERP software.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in all baking processes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
- Assist in training new staff on baking techniques and kitchen procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
