Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing store retail staff. Includes hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching store employees.
- Communicating job expectations to staff
- Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- Planning and reviewing compensation actions
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Identifying customer trends
- Determining system improvements and implementing change
- Controlling costs by minimizing waste
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment
