Job Description

Brief Description : Sprinklr is looking for a Sr Director of Solutions Consulting. This role is responsible for leading a team of Solutions Consultants (SCs) in their designated region and subject matter expertise, coaching on opportunities, serving as a solutions sponsor within key accounts, and recruiting and developing team members.

• As the Sr Director of Solutions Consulting, you will be the business leader across your region working closely with sales, marketing, post sales, product and finance to accelerate growth and deliver customer value. You will be the primary contact for your team of Solutions Consultants and directly aligned with your region's success. You will manage their training, development, and growth, regularly observing them in the field and providing feedback. You will guide them in setting and achieving goals and ensure they are trained on industry-specific use cases and product enhancements as the platform evolves.
• Additionally, you will interlock with product teams as a SC GTM leader, ensuring alignment between product development and market needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering to provide feedback from the field, advocate for customer requirements, and influence the product roadmap. Your role will involve facilitating communication between the SC team and product teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to customers.

Compensation Range : $176,000 - $234,000 - $293,000. The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package : the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and / or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection.
