Sprinkman Real Estate Design is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity across multiple brands. This role is focused on brand evolution, design execution, and creative leadership—ensuring all marketing materials maintain a high-end, sophisticated aesthetic that reinforces our position as the top luxury brokerage in the area.

Our creative team operates like an in-house agency, balancing branding, agent support, and property marketing to create best-in-class visuals.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Graphic Designer , you will take the lead in shaping our brand's aesthetic, ensuring that all visual assets align with our luxury positioning. You will work closely with the marketing team to design high-impact print and digital materials, oversee creative consistency, and push the brand forward with innovative design solutions. Additionally, you will mentor and guide one junior designer, fostering growth and maintaining design excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Evolve the Visual Brand – Maintain and refine our brand identity to ensure a consistent, luxury look and feel across all marketing materials.

Oversee Design Projects – Manage the creation of marketing materials for the brokerage, agents, and properties, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand standards.

Develop High-End Marketing Assets – Create stunning print and digital materials, including listing presentations, brochures, social media assets, event invitations, signage, and more.

Collaborate Across Departments – Work with marketing, leadership, and agents to translate business objectives into compelling visual designs.

Mentor and Guide Designer – Provide creative direction, feedback, and support to one junior designer to maintain a high standard of design excellence.

Drive Innovation and Trends – Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, sophisticated ideas to enhance our visual branding.

Ensure Brand Consistency – Establish and maintain design guidelines, ensuring all materials align with our luxury brand positioning.

Support Web and Digital Design – Work on website graphics, email marketing templates, and other digital assets to enhance our online presence.

What We’re Looking For

5 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end brand work.

A deep understanding of luxury branding, typography, and design principles.

Ability to oversee multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding junior designers.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with agents, leadership, and vendors.

Experience in print production, digital marketing design, and social media asset creation.

A proactive mindset with a passion for driving brand evolution and creative innovation.
