Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for promoting store sales and growth through quality customer service. Your duties will include:
• Greeting every customer as they enter the store
• Offering to assist the customer while shopping
• Suggesting additional items for purchase
• Thanking the customer and inviting them to return
• Maintaining a clean shopping environment
• Keeping merchandise clean, stocked, and rotated
• Being courteous and polite at all times
• Being knowledgeable and helpful about the store and the surrounding area
• Operating register and equipment efficiently
• Keeping the customer first in all aspects of the job
Responsibilities to Co-Workers
You will also be responsible for consistently completing all shift duties, maintaining clean and safe work areas, resolving conflicts in a positive and productive manner, following policies and procedures at all times, and maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude.
Responsibilities to Management
Additionally, you will properly report all incidents, problems or concerns, follow proper vendor receiving policies, follow all loss prevention policies at all times, and follow directions and instructions given by management.
Responsibilities to the Company
You will keep personnel areas secured, comply with all laws and ordinances, wear the proper Sprint Mart uniform while on duty, attend training classes as scheduled by the Team Leader, report all suspicious activity, accomplish goals as set forth with the Team Leader, and learn and follow all company policies and procedures.
Daily Operations
In daily operations, you will accurately verify age on restricted product sales, carry out any duties assigned by the Team Leader, and report to the store manager all unsafe or improper practices or conditions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more), work in a team, be willing to do repetitive work, be honest, dependable, and have a neat appearance and presentation of self to others.
