Overview : We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliable operation of our systems and networks, supporting our stores and corporate Support Centers.
Key Responsibilities
Network Management
Configure and maintain storage area network and virtual network environment.
Troubleshoot network issues and ensure high availability of internet and intranet services.
M365 Management
Configure and maintain M365 (Outlook, Teams, and InTune) environment.
Data Management
Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions.
Monitor and optimize database performance.
Server Maintenance
Monitor and maintain server performance, security, and backups.
Ensure the integrity and availability of all IT systems and networks.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and installations.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Prepare reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions
Collaboration
Work closely with management and IT teams to understand corporate objectives and provide solutions.
Participate in planning and implementation of new technologies and upgrades
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related IT specialization.
Experience and professional certification may be substituted for degree requirement.
Convenience store experience.
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
An advanced proficiency in the operation of local and wide-area networks and components.
Knowledge of VMWare, NetApp SAN, M365, and Fortinet environments.
Experience with database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Experience with Point of Sale environments.
Proficient with current Microsoft Server and Client operating systems.
Able to perform duties accurately, independently and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.
Work with team members in a courteous, pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
Discretion, accuracy and clarity in communication are essential.
A high degree of professionalism regarding the safeguarding of sensitive data.
Physical Requirements
Able to climb, bend or squat on occasion. Must be able to regularly lift and / or move 20-35 pounds and occasionally lift or pull 35-80 pounds.
