Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, In House Bartenders with great customer service to sell and upsell drinks at our small bar onsite. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working hard and having fun while doing it, come join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to be consistently reliable and timely for every shift
- Completes all opening, running and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
- Provide detailed information about tours, scheduling and services daily to guests
- Process retail transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assist in inventory by restocking throughout the day
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires multitasking and problem solving daily
- Practices proper cash handling procedures through payment collection in POS system, properly organizing money, counting change correctly and following appropriate checkout procedures.
- Other functions as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Previous experience working in customer service or bar establishment preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to sell and up-sell products
- Good math and money handling skills
- Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Positive
- Enjoys working within a team
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.

Must be available to work the following:
- 12 hour shifts
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend, Friday-Sunday
Requirements:
- TABC or Ability to obtain ABC license with the State of Tennessee
- Clean driving record & Valid TN Drivers License.
- Available every Thursday-Sunday
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more
