Sprouse Windows and Doors is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Territory Salesperson to drive success in our growing sales team. If you’re passionate about building lasting relationships, selling high-quality products, and taking charge of your own success, we want YOU to join us!

This position requires extensive travel throughout the East Tennessee area, as well as South and Western Virginia, including overnight trips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate New Leads: Use your cold-calling, networking, and market research skills to build a strong pipeline of prospects in your assigned territory.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Provide outstanding service to current customers while identifying new opportunities and addressing their needs.
  • Close Deals Like a Pro: Own the entire sales cycle from start to finish—presenting products, negotiating contracts, and sealing the deal!
  • Expert Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends, building codes, and product specs to help clients make the best choice for their needs.
  • Market Mastery: Stay on top of competitor activities and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and tweak strategies.
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven Sales Success: Experience in B2B sales (preferred in the building or construction industry) with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly grasp product specifications, performance characteristics, and technical applications.
  • Construction Familiarity: Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and project estimating is a plus!
  • Stellar Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office to keep things running smoothly.
