Job Title: Restaurant Accountant
Reports To: Accounting Manager
Job Purpose:
The Restaurant Accountant is responsible for the full cycle accounting and cash flow analysis for multiple restaurants within our restaurant group. This person will be required to work closely with the Accounting Manager, VP of Finance and Executive Management Team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all accounting-related tasks for their assigned restaurants using Restaurant365 or QuickBooks.
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Conduct daily review of company DSS’s
- Prepare preliminary Monthly financial statements within 10 days of the end of the financial period
- Prepare Monthly Statements of Cash Flow
- Prepare Weekly Flash Reports every Wednesday
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Ensure timely management of A/R and A/P
- Regularly communicate with restaurant management team
- Process the month end Financial close process
- Analyze and review restaurant expenses
- Assist Accounting Manager in special projects from time to time as needed
- Support the objectives, vision and direction of the Accounting Manager and Executive Management Team

Working Conditions and Expectations:
This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM — 5:00 PM. This is an in-house position. The employee is expected to report to the office daily to perform their duties. Due to the nature of our business, extended hours or occasional weekend hours may be required. Employee may be requested to travel to restaurants from time to time.
Compensation for this position is DOE.
Employee is entitled to all benefits provided by the company per the current company plan.
Salary : $68,640 - $75,000
