Job Overview: We are seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support our office operations, create merchandise, and manage social media marketing for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including organizing files, managing schedules, and providing administrative support.
- Merchandise Creation: Design and produce branded merchandise, ensuring high-quality and creativity.
- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms for our clients.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information and feedback, ensuring their marketing needs are met.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional graphics.
- Event Support: Help plan and execute marketing events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or graphic design is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
