Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Schematic Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our Non-Perishable categories across all stores.
Main Duties:
- Maintain schematic integrity through weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager, NP ASM, and Dept Managers to ensure schematic compliance is maintained.
- Support the development and implementation of new products and programs to enhance customer experience.
- Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
- Possess excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Show an outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
