Spruce is growing and looking to expand our product manufacturing team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Depending on assigned work station, responsibilities may require employee to screw, bolt, glue or crimp individual parts onto a manufactured item on the assembly line.
- Some positions require ensuring all parts are fitted and screwed in properly, others are part of a subassembly and have the responsibility of mounting assembled components onto a larger product using a variety of tools.
- The assembler might complete the wiring for a manufactured item or they might add hardware to the finished product.
- Each Assembler is responsible for moving products from / to next step in process.
- Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per Spruce Environmental Technologies.
- Complete all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Management.
- Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
