Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER)

About Us: North Canyon Medical Center is a critical access hospital with 18 patient beds and a dynamic Emergency Department. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and are seeking committed Registered Nurses to join our team.
Position Overview: We have over 10 openings for experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses. In this role, you will deliver high-quality emergency nursing care with potential medical-surgical responsibilities. Shifts are 12 hours, available during days and nights, with occasional weekends. No on-call duties are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and provide care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications are preferred.
- Experience in emergency nursing is preferred.
