Location: Grand Blanc, Detroit, MI.

Duration: 13 weeks contract with possible extension.

Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs/week

Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and be skilled in various nursing practices. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, conducting patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse will also engage in health coaching and community care initiatives, enhancing the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide health coaching to patients, educating them on disease management, wellness strategies, and preventive care.
• Perform catheterization and other clinical procedures as required.
• Utilize electronic health records systems such as Cerner for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, including those requiring home community care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

Requirements:

• RN License
• BLS
• Covid

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
