Sr. Project Manager @ Rolling Meadows, IL(1Day onsite, Local to IL/IN/WI ) on W2

Need a Project Manager with a successful track record of joining projects during early initiation and driving end results. It will be critical to have experience defining business cases, converting those into plans and a timeline, managing budgets, tracking dependencies, mitigating risks, and managing product delivery. Candidates must be proactive problem-solvers and dynamic communicators capable of working independently and escalating issues appropriately. Applicants should also be familiar with various project methodologies and management software like Microsoft Project, Teams, and Azure DevOps (ADO). The role will have a hybrid commute (minimum one day/week on-site) at the Rolling Meadows or Chicago, IL offices.

Requirements:

• 8 years of project management experience, including familiarity managing projects with Waterfall and Agile principles
• Expertise managing projects and teams from initiation through delivery on infrastructure, platform, or other system migration projects
• Experience presenting progress/status reports on high-visibility projects to executive leadership
• Background identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word) and MS Project
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Problem-solving, "can do" approach
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar area of study
