Title : Infrastructure PM
Location : NYC 100% onsite
Visa : USC or GC
Hours : 1pm -10pm EST (Mon-Fri)

Oversee the BAU projects (Tech deployments)
More of a standard infrastructure PM.
Biggest thing will be deploying technology.
Need heavy knowledge of infrastructure and some knowledge of MAC moves.
Would be helpful if they had experience as a desktop support person in the past and graduated into managing larger scale infrastructure projects. Don't want to see a PM that oversaw software development projects.
Don't need someone overly seasoned.
Needs to be able to work autonomously.
He will be overseeing probably 3-4 team members and leading them.
Role Description :
Project Manager for small to large hardware refreshes, deployments, reclamations, etc. including managing move resources
Needs at least 3-5 years of experience managing and coordinating move projects
Excellent customer services and customer engagement skills, coordination skills, people / project management skills, etc.
Skills / experience :
Experience and managing move resources and a team of workers performing work.
Resource will be working alongside client to understand the need and scope of each project and then will be accountable for engaging CC support techs success of move.
The PM will be expected to work the evening shift (1pm-10pm) as most of the move activity will take place during the evening.
The PM will be expected to be onsite full time daily. - The PM will be accountable for the overall success of the move activity. Specific outcomes or any measurable KPI's will be determined on a case by case (per project) basis
PM will be expected to engage, schedule, coordinate and manage the move resources per project
