Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large-scale projects, primarily focusing on product or enhancement implementations.
- Manage and oversee a shared resource group (QA/Dev/BA) to ensure proper allocation of resources across multiple initiatives based on business priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including objectives, timelines, funding, and staffing needs.
- Set and track project milestones, proactively managing risks, issues, and potential delays.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, ensuring clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize the use of company tools and processes to enhance project execution.
- Provide escalation management and leadership updates as needed.
- Analyze trends, track key project metrics, and prepare status reports.
- Work within established procedures, requiring judgment and decision-making in semi-routine situations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 6 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong technical background.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a shared resource group.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and ITSM processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Salary : $97,500 - $115,400
