Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscape Technicians, Hardscape Installers, and Sprinkler technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional. The new hires will work closely with our landscaping crew to execute various projects, from installation to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Utilize power tools and equipment for tasks such as mowing, excavating, and trenching.
• Assist in concrete finishing and flooring installation for outdoor features.
• Conduct routine maintenance on landscapes, hardscapes, and sprinkler systems.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects that enhance outdoor spaces.
• Execute frame carpentry tasks as needed for landscape structures like decks or fences.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, hardscaping, sprinklers or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with drywall installation and remodeling is a plus.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is advantageous.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is essential.
• Proficiency in frame carpentry will be beneficial for various projects.
• Ability to weld is considered an asset for certain landscaping structures.
• Strong skills in using power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
