Position Description :
The Food Service Salad Prep Cook (FS Salad Prep Cook) is responsible for assisting the kitchen team with general food preparation and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food preparation. FS Salad Prep Cook will also assist in other areas as needed including but not limited to dishwashing.
Accountability : Accountable to the FS Kitchen Manager
Qualifications :
- Must affirm Spruce Lake Ministries mission, vision, and core values
- Must have a teachable spirit, team-player attitude, and servant heart.
- Must be responsible, industrious, hospitable, and enthusiastic.
- Must always dress with modesty and good taste.
- Flexible schedule including ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements : able to stand for long periods of time, lift 70 lbs., perform repetitive motions with arms, wrists, shoulders.
