Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinician at Spruce Mountain Inn, Inc. The Clinician will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health treatment, supporting residents in career and educational goals, and developing independent living skills. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address the complex needs of young adults with mental health issues.
Qualifications
- Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work background
- Experience in mental health treatment for young adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Experience in independent living skill development
- Ability to provide compassionate and client-driven treatment
- Licensure in relevant field (e.g., LPC, LCSW)
