Spruce Point is a local family owned Assisted Living and memory care community that is striving to improve long-term care in Lane county. We believe that there is a better way to provide this critical service in our community and are committed to finding it and demonstrating it to the world. Because we are small, you can escape bureaucratic decision making.

As Business office manager, the right person will support our endeavor by ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Very few have the opportunity to create real and lasting change that makes such a profound impact. It isn’t easy, but if you are the right person, you know this is why you are looking at this ad in the first place—to be challenged and at the end of the day, to know you made a difference.

This position is responsible for all aspects of billing; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, the management of resident trust, H/R functions, collections, deposits and checkbook reconciliation; new hire orientation; assisting residents and family members with questions regarding finances, excellent customer service, and other duties as assigned.

An applicant must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview.

Qualified Business Office Manager candidates will possess the following skills:

Excellent organizational skills

Great attendance and a positive and fun attitude

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing office staff

AR/AP/Payroll oversight

Maintaining resident files

Cash management

Record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
