Spruce Point is a local family owned Assisted Living and memory care community that is striving to improve long-term care in Lane county. As Business office manager, the right person will support our endeavor by ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Very few have the opportunity to create real and lasting change that makes such a profound impact. This position is responsible for all aspects of billing; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, the management of resident trust, H/R functions, collections, deposits and checkbook reconciliation; new hire orientation; assisting residents and family members with questions regarding finances, excellent customer service, and other duties as assigned.
An applicant must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing office staff
AR/AP/Payroll oversight
Maintaining resident files
Cash management
Record keeping
