Lead Elementary Teacher (Montessori)

Spruce Tree Montessori School, an independent Montessori school in Fairbanks, Alaska, is accepting resumes from experienced teachers who desire a position in a collaborative and supportive professional educational community. Optimal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years experience in an elementary classroom, interest in Montessori philosophy and education, experience with classroom set-up, materials presentation, curriculum management, and excellent parent relationship skills. Bachelor's degree in Education preferred; any field required. Montessori certification preferred, not required. AK Teaching certification not required. 

Position offers a highly competitive salary starting at $55,000 annual salary DOE/Ed and benefits package including:
Paid Vacation: Six (6) weeks, according to school calendar, as well as seven (7) paid school holidays
