What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sommelier position at Spruce?
Spruce Restaurant, in Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Francisco Bay Area is looking to add a full-time sommelier and hospitality professional to our Wine Spectator Grand Award Program. Ideal candidates would have fine-dining serving experience and be in pursuit of additional certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Spruce and the Bacchus Management Group, specifically promote continued education through the CMS, with increased incentives for success at various CMS accreditation levels. - Working Full Time with Master Sommelier Jeremiah Morehouse
- Working with a Wine Spectator Grand Award wine list with over 2,600 selections
- Annual, all-expenses-paid European travel opportunities to visit historic wine growing regions
- Full reimbursement for successful passes of CMS Introductory and Certified examinations
- $1,500 annual stipend for Advanced Course/Advanced Exam/Masters Exam Tuition and Expenses
