Wage: $37-$40/hr
Job Description: A Minnesota Top Workplace! The Boiler Operator -Maintenance Mechanic for a Top Workplace Minnesota Company is responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance on packaging machines and other equipment in our manufacturing environment. THIS IS A 6am to 6pm shift. Duties & Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining high-pressure boiler (MN 2nd Class B Boiler License or higher preferred).
Practices appropriate safety procedures, GMP, and repair methods.
Independently performs assigned plant equipment repairs.
Independently performs assigned preventative maintenance for equipment.
Performs mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of plant equipment.
Provides documentation of work performed on daily Individual Shift Report.
Assists in maintaining inventories of parts and supplies by appropriately signing out parts from storeroom and reporting low supply levels to supervisor.
Performs building maintenance and repairs as needed.
Performs electrical repairs of single phase and three phase power distribution components.
Performs troubleshooting and repairs of electrical control wiring of equipment.
Inspects equipment and independently performs appropriate corrective actions within the scope of required skill level of Class B Maintenance Technician.
Performs other duties as requested.
