Spry is seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting a government contract in Washington, DC. In this role, you will oversee the overall planning, direction, and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives that are crucial to the activity’s and agency’s needs. You will manage large, multi-year programs divided into several sub-programs or tasks, define the program's scope, objectives, and deliverables, and organize the program structure. Key responsibilities include developing short-term and long-term plans, formulating and guiding the technical approach, negotiating with personnel to secure necessary resources, and establishing and controlling technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs. We value logical thinking, analytical skills, and leadership to support both our customer and team effectively.

Immediate Goals and Strategies: Formulate short-term goals and strategies to achieve program milestones. Long-Term Planning: Develop long-range plans to sustain and expand the program over multiple years. Technical Approach Creation: Create and guide the technical approach for the program. Technical Direction: Direct the technical aspects to ensure alignment with program goals. Resource Identification: Identify the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, budget) required for the program.
- Bachelor's degree in business or financial related field
- 10 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience overseeing contractor performance
- Demonstrated Supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience in Navy Project Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree in business or financial related field
- PMP Certification
