Spry is seeking a Supervisor of Financial Analysts to join our team supporting a government contract in Washington, DC. In this role, you will oversee junior and mid-level financial analysts, providing comprehensive Program and Financial Management (PM&FM) analysis and technical support. Key responsibilities include guiding budget preparation, evaluating organizational performance, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and researching economic developments. You will develop budget policies, conduct training sessions, coordinate financial activities, manage multiple funding types, and produce executive summaries. We value logical thinking, analytical skills, and leadership to support both our customer and team effectively.

- Your responsibilities include:
- Providing Guidance and Technical Assistance: Offer advice and technical support in the preparation of annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational goals.
- Performance Measurement: Evaluate organizational performance and assess the impact of various programs and policies on the budget.
- Budget Examination: Review budget estimates and proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of professional experience
- EVM Cert or equivalent
- DAU Cost Estimating credential
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Masters degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
- EVM Cert or equivalent
- DAU Cost Estimating or Financial Management Practitioner certification.
- Demonstrated competency in ERP.
- Demonstrated experience working in DoD program building budgets and developing budget exhibits.
- Demonstrated experience training other contractor BFMs to ensure their competency.
- Supervisory skills to oversee other contractor BFMs to ensure their satisfactory support.
