Position Summary:
We’re seeking an Analytics Solution Strategist to join our team as the design lead and technical contact for critical integration solutions within the Implementation team. Utilizing curiosity, initiative, and collaboration, you will analyze system and SPS platform capabilities to create reusable integration solutions for customers. If you bring a background in supply chain, demonstrated experience with project-oriented work and enjoy acting as a primary technical resource for customers, this role could be a great fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage solution development projects through a combination of system analysis, specification and interpretation, EDI strategies and execution of service
- Gather system knowledge coupled with SPS capabilities to design scalable solutions meeting product requirements
- Answer questions from developers and clarify requirements related to voice of customer (VOC) and business requirements
- Complete project activities on time, and proactively identify and communicate issues that may jeopardize milestones or project budget to the client and escalate to the Product Manager when necessary
- Serve as the primary technical (EDI) contact for customer accounts, including facilitating all necessary communication internally and with external stakeholders
Location:
This role is hybrid in our Minneapolis office, the team is in-office 2 days per week (Wednesday plus one additional weekday).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent education and work experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes relating to retail, manufacturing, grocery and/or logistics industries
- Exposure to project-based work experience in IT, Project Management, Customer Service, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with EDI documents in ANSI x12/EDIFACT file formats
- Experience working with ERP, Warehouse Management and/or Transportation systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.

The annual salary range for this role is: $77,300 - $115,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
