Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing organization! Reporting to our Director of Marketing, in this role you will play a central role in creating new campaigns, improving the existing pages for our marketing website and completing general support or analysis tasks. If you are a hands-on self-starter with an interest in how all marketing tactics work together, this role could be an excellent fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Be involved in all stages of the marketing campaign cycle, from planning to implementation to analysis. You will work with a variety of team members to understand the goal of each campaign, the assets needed and execution.
- Develop web to lead forms, activate microsites and complete SEO research
- Utilize reporting tools for analysis and monitor SPS Social Media channels
- Complete additional support functions to support the marketing org
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in our Minneapolis office.
Required Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in web development, design or marketing with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to communicate ideas through visual presentation
- Experience in CSS and HTML, and Excel Spreadsheets
- Commitment to web standards and user experience best practices
- Must be a current Junior, rising Senior-level student
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience with Wordpress or other PHP-based CMS
