In this new combined role, the main focus will be Inventory Accuracy responsible for overseeing the physical inventories, cycle counts and receipt audits. Monitor and report inventory accuracy targets and integrity goals through cycle counting. Ensure audit procedures are being followed throughout the Service Center. Material traceability, Movement documentation, Non-Conforming (Rejections and Claims). In the dual role, answer and follow up on phone or email inquiries, greet visitors, drivers and customer in a professional manner. Create and coordinate inbound paperwork for effective material movement. Perform system stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy in SAP. Maintain a clean and well-organized office area. Attend all scheduled safety, department, and company meetings as required. Fill in gaps on the yearly calendar for vacation and personal time.

Physical & Work Requirements
- Warehouse or yard environment with some office work.
- Working in a yard or warehouse facility within OSHA guidelines; conditions may be heated and / or unheated, dusty and noisy; steel-toed boots required daily.
- Facility is a multiple shift operation. Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule and be able to volunteer work on possible weekends.
- Ability to stand, walk or be mobile for up to eight hours per shift. Capable of ascending and descending material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs women & 51 lbs men as needed. Pushing, pulling or carrying up to 25-51 pounds.
- Wear proper PPE at all times (as described in company policy).
- In-depth understanding of SPS policies and procedures
- SAP computer knowledge
- Strong computer, tablet or mobile device skills
- Prior warehouse experience
- Problem solving
- Detail-oriented and excellent observational skills
- Safety oriented
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver's license
