We have an exciting opportunity for a technical inside salesperson to join our aftermarket sales team in our Orange, MA office. If you’re a high energy, ‘Go-Getter’ with strong communication skills this will be an exciting position for you. Success in this position will lead to higher earnings and is eligible for a bonus potential.

Responsibilities:
· The Technical Inside Sales Rep will answer telephone and e-mails related to incoming leads; process RFQs and pass on technical questions to application engineers.
· Call outside sales reps who work the project with the client and support them with quotes, technical and marketing information.
- Develop product knowledge on valves and gates.
- People-focused: be ready to answer questions and provide support when called on.
- TEAM player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must!
- This will be a great fit for a detail oriented, multi tasker who can stick to deadlines.
Ideal Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a motivation for inside sales and have 3 - 5 years of inside sales experience in a technical environment, preferably in flow control products. Must have excellent interpersonal skills (phone and email) and be computer literate in a high-paced office environment.
Qualifications:
· Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Required)
· Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (preferred)
· Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
· Ability to read and understand drawings
· A strong understanding of an industrial manufacturing environment
· Well-organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
