Position Overview : As the Plumbing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in quoting commercial and residential projects, managing the successful completion of these projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is crucial to our project delivery, overseeing the planning, budgeting, and timely execution of projects to meet company standards. The Plumbing Manager will also lead and support a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Quoting & Management : Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for commercial and residential plumbing projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee field operations, ensuring the quality of installations, repairs, and maintenance services across all plumbing projects.
• Team Leadership : Support and lead the plumbing team, conducting training, quality inspections, and providing hands-on guidance to maintain high standards and safety compliance.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and project updates. Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination : Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials, address warranty issues, and handle product specifications efficiently.
