Schedule : Typically Monday - Friday, Business Hours (typically scheduled for 8 hours, 7AM-6PM)
What you will be doing :
- Giving amazing customer service to our onsite operation by scanning / delivering / tracking / reporting in and outgoing business packages and mail (via UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc).
- Assisting the onsite personnel in retrieving their packages and providing records management in person, by email, by phone, or similar methods.
- Oversee the onsite business center, which may include : office supply stocking, assisting with copy / print orders, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, light facilities, or serving as a backup to receptionist.
