Job Overview :
The Housing Services Ambassador is responsible for all aspects of customer service and business operations within undergraduate housing. This position will support in providing excellent customer service, cross-functional task management, and designing thoughtful and scalable solutions with an emphasis on Conference Housing. Conference Housing is a service provided to internal and external organizations. Managers will manage the day-to-day operations of conferences under the supervision of housing staff members.
The candidate must successfully complete training in the housing systems. During training, instruction will be given on policies and procedures for managing several conference services. The incumbent will be expected to work up to 35 hours per week, with the opportunity to work more hours if available.
Expectations :
- Ability to work with a diverse population of domestic and international students on campus for pre-college participants and conference groups
- Assist with all aspects of summer housing including managing check-ins and check-outs, communication via email and phone, and booking management through StarRez
- Complete all tasks, projects, and duties as assigned
- Detail oriented and organized
- Optimize communication across all areas in housing
- Supervise and support operations assistants
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay Range
