Location : SLC, Utah
Reconcile bank accounts and cash received on incoming and outgoing loan transfers. Timely and accurate daily reconciliation of appropriate bank accounts and loan level activities. Requires a good understanding of corporate advance systems and reconciling tools. Ability to relate with internal and external customers during each process.Principal Duties : 5-7 duties critical to competently performing the job.1.Daily balancing and reconciling bank accounts that are used for settling funds for acquisitions, releases and other loan level activities.2.Track incoming and outgoing deal reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely remittances3.Follow up with internal and external customers to avoid aging of invoices and transactions4.Maintain and configure databases used in the process to ensure accuracy of reports and wires5.Have a good understanding of SPS reconciling systems primarily MSP and Select CE6.Ad hoc reporting requests from managementMinimum Qualifications : Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities which are REQUIRED 1.2 years of mortgage industry experience2.Intermediate experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and SQL3.Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interest for time4.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple departments in solving cross-departmental issues5.Detail oriented with ability to accurately gather and analyze dataPreferred Qualifications : Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities which are PREFFERED 1.Cash posting experience preferred
