SpecPro Professional Services (SPS) is seeking an experienced Real Property Grant Transaction Examiner to support the Air Force Real Property Management and Engineering Support (RPMES) program. The Air Force focuses on resource and investment advocacy for real property accountability and reporting, acquisition management, and divestiture activities. This includes working to deliver beneficial and reliable support for the Air Force, Space Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves Real Property Transactions.
The Transaction Examiner will support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Real Property Transaction Branches by examining Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) submitted by the military requesting Real Property actions. These KSDs, which include the instrument supporting the requested grant, shall be examined for correlation and accuracy as defined in the Real Estate Transaction Playbook. The Contractor shall also be responsible for tracking the progress of the instrument through the coordination and execution of this process.
The successful candidate will be a part of the SPS team providing innovative solutions to execute the program above.
Responsibilities will include the following:
The Grant Transaction Examiner shall have subject matter knowledge in Air Force Real Property Transactions systems, including NexGen IT
Obtain knowledge of content in Real Estate Transaction Playbook (including checklists) and apply it to examination of the KSDs
Assist with reviewing, processing, and tracking these transaction packages in accordance with the current real property delegations of authority using existing processes illustrated within the AFCEC/CIT playbook and applicable Air Force Instructions (AFIs).
The Contractor shall assist AFCEC/CIT with new grants, soon to expire grants, and identify expired grants.
Analyze requirement entry, error identification, and adjudication for various FY and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Cycle
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience working with Real Estate contracts
3 years of experience with PowerPoint/business presentations and Microsoft Office Suite skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to adhere to instructions and independently develop professional deliverables in a timely manner to upper management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations, briefs, and written reports
Ability to adapt and develop innovative solutions
Work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Air Force experience preferred
Experience in a client service, contractor environment
Business degree or related technical field from an accredited college or university
