As a Client Relations Trainee, you will act as a direct liaison between our valued clients and their customer bases. The Client Relations Trainee embodies a customer-centric mindset and is passionate about achieving sales targets for our clients. What Will You Be Doing As A Client Relations Trainee?
- Delivering personalized product and service presentations directly to consumers to spark interest and close sales
- Tracking sales metrics and KPIs to ensure company goals are being met or exceeded
- Attending regular team meetings both in-person and virtually to strengthen customer service and sales tactics
- Answering consumer inquiries in a professional, clear manner to ensure thorough understanding and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining confidential customer information, client documents, and sales contracts in our POS system
- Implementing negotiation and persuasion strategies to overturn customer objections and confidently close sales
What Does A Client Relations Trainee at SPT Concepts Need?
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 0-2 years of experience in client services, sales, restaurant, or retail is highly desired
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to confidently close sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering world-class customer service and ensuring client success
- Ability to utilize sales software and POS systems
- Ability to commute to our El Paso office daily
