Day to Day Responsibilities:
- The Entry Level Account Associate will be responsible for being straightforward during all of our customer interactions on what exactly our client offers and what they are eligible for in their local area
- Be understanding of customers’ valued time and properly make informed recommendations on the customer’s inquiries at hand
- Actively participate in sales and customer acquisition outreach daily to ensure that our company is increasing our clients brand awareness and customer base
- Train on product knowledge and services as they change with time to always provide our customers with the best
- Work closely with fellow Entry Level Account Associates who have a similar entrepreneurial mindset
- The Entry Level Account Associate will track all sales made daily, keep up to day with our Quality Control Team on installations, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Preferred Skills and Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Background in an account management, customer service, customer support, sales, or customer facing role is a bonus
- Ability to negotiate and positively influence customers
- Adapt quickly in different environments and within a team setting
- High personal standards and integrity
- A passion for helping others and providing customers with the best possible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,500.00 - $56,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
