- Oversee in-house simulation processes to verify system performance, power management, and load calculations.
- Ensure that drawings and simulation results meet quality and documentation standards.
Engineering Analysis & Compliance
- Perform power management analyses, including load flow, voltage drop, and other relevant calculations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., NEC, UL, CSA, IEC, local building codes) for safety and reliability.
- Conduct or review risk assessments to identify and mitigate electrical hazards.
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., mechanical, project management, procurement) to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Evaluate design changes for impact on budget, schedule, and technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline design processes and enhance quality.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation in AC electrical design.
Qualifications
Qualifications
