A Fabricator operates press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal sheets or plates according to specified drawings and quality standards. The Fabricator is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring the press brake machinery to produce precise and accurate metal components for various projects. A Fabricator may also operate burn table/laser cutting machines and help with other general tasks in the fabrication department as needed. A Fabricator will load metal sheets or plates onto the press brake machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping. Operate the press brake machine to bend, shape, or form metal according to precise measurements and angles. They must always adhere to proper safety and quality control standards. Responsibilities will require communication with other team members and professionalism in performance and team dynamics.

Spudnik Equipment Company LLC is seeking 3 Fabricators from April 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025, to work at the Employer’s worksite in Bingham County, ID. This is a temporary full-time position that is expected to recur annually to meet the Employer’s peakload need. Fabricators must have at least 12 months of experience and will receive 1 month of on-the-job training. They must have previous experience running CNC Machines. Shifts are 7:00AM to 5:30PM M-TH, Night Shift 8:00PM to 6:30AM M-TH, Weekend Shift 6:00AM to 6:30PM F-Sun. Employees will rotate through shifts.
Workers will be paid at a regular wage rate of $26.87 per hour and an overtime wage rate of $40.31 per hour if overtime is offered/accepted. The Employer may provide or assist with housing at the option of the worker. If the Employer provides or assists with housing, the Employer will deduct the reasonable fair market value of Employer provided housing. Otherwise, the Employer will make only those deductions required by law.
Employee will be paid at least once every 2 weeks. Employer will make deductions that are required by law. Employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in the first week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other fees as required by law. If worker travels from abroad, travel expenses will be reimbursed. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed, if earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to a subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Worker is offered employment for a total number of hours equal to at least 3⁄4 of the workdays for each 12 week period, if the period of employment is 120 or more days, or each 6 week period, if the period of employment is less than 120 days.
