We are currently only hiring candidates located in the following areas: Seattle, WA; Kansas City, MO; Chicago, IL; Bloomfield Hills, MI; Malvern, PA; or Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, summarizing key themes to inform findings and recommendations
• Conduct research to support client recommendations
• Draft client-ready deliverables in various formats, summarizing insights from analysis and research and formulating data-driven narratives to guide decision making
• Develop high-quality communications, from emails to executive presentations
• Lead project management for client engagements, including project plan creation and ownership, and action and status tracking
• Manage meetings, including coordinating and scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas and content, and documenting actions and decisions
• Work independently or closely with clients and team members to drive project progress
• Provide other project support as requested by engagement manager

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement and/or significant relevant work experience
• 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in enterprise technology or consulting
• Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems
• Business acumen and awareness of business trends

• Coursework and/or internships in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, systems, or communications
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills
• Passion and an ability to learn independently, quickly, and resourcefully
• Desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the consulting profession
• High degree of ambition, flexibility, and creativity
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn from mentors and peers
• Motivation to learn new concepts and start tasks with limited guidance
• Logic-based decision-making, carefully taking context into account

Spur Reply (Formerly The Spur Group) part of the Reply Network, is a consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA. In our hybrid working environment, our general working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. While we strive for work/life harmony, client work may extend beyond these hours and may require flexibility in work arrangements.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $68,000-$90,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
