Spur, a digital staffing agency, seeks a hard-working and punctual Program Facilitator for Alternative PathsTraining School.
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the school and Spur. This position's primary responsibilities are implementing individualized applied behavior programming,
including direct 1:1 treatment.
Duties expected of this position are:
Supervising students consistently during designated hours.
Use the basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
Teach social and daily living skills.
Effectively respond to and minimize complex or disruptive behaviors.
Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual.
Collect data on programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress.
Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.
Implement programs designed by the program.

This position pays $18.27/hour Job Hours: 7:30 - 3:30 Monday - Friday when school is in session. (Hours vary per location)
