HVAC In-Home Sales Professional

Spurk HVAC is seeking an In-Home Sales Professional to join our team. If you're a seasoned HVAC Technician who has done sales and is ready to move into sales full-time or a current Sales Professional looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you. Pay Range: Base Salary Commission, top salespeople can earn well over $100k if they are skilled and motivated. You will only be limited by the amount of effort put forth and your desire to succeed.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some nights and weekends based on customer needs. Flexible schedule and WFH will be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to offer customized HVAC system solutions.
• Schedule and manage sales opportunities generated by marketing efforts.
• Maintain percentages of self-generated leads as established by the company.
• Handle customer relationships from the point of sale through installation.
• Collaborate with the installation department to ensure seamless job execution.
• Attend networking events to raise awareness of company services.
• Ensure sales targets are met and reported to management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess in-home residential sales experience and direct HVAC sales is preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent soft skills, ability to build rapport, and manage objections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Familiar with Service Titan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
