- Oversee day-to-day operations of restoration crews, including scheduling and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure positive customer and client experience.
- Manage staff development of the Restoration Team.
- Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
- Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Ownership.
- Create accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred.
- IICRC industry certifications preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, project management and leadership skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
- Available for after-hours on-call schedule
- Comfortable working in the field, in all types of environments
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
