Key Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and maintain accurate inventory controls and reporting for equipment, consumables and contents vaults.
- Manage the company's vehicle fleet, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
- Manage a team of warehouse associates, and contents and cleaning crews.
- Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse
- Ensure all items leaving the warehouse are clean, disinfected, and serviceable
- Maintain, clean and repair assets for use in the warehouse and field
- Ensure clear two-way communication with operations manager, production managers, office team, crew chiefs, and production technicians
- Manage loss control and loss prevention of supplies, tools, and equipment
- Oversee ordering and inventory of supplies and chemicals
- Manage tool and equipment organization
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Position Requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in implementing and managing inventory tracking systems
- Proficiency in inventory management and fleet tracking software
- Experience in warehouse operations and fleet management
- Ability to manage and motivate staff across multiple locations
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift operation license
- Experience with GPS tracking systems and fleet management technologies
- Experience with small equipment repairs (e.g., air movers and dehumidifiers).
- Background in the restoration industry or related field
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekends as needed
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
