Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Director of Finance/HR role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Director will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and coordinating HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with Financial Statements and strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in nonprofit finance and HR management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
