This full-time, long-term role offers an opportunity for hands on work with advanced machinery and room to grow in a manufacturing career.
Competitive Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour $1.50 shift differential
Stable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm- 12:00 am with initial training on first shift (7 am – 4 pm) for 1-3 months
Growth Opportunities: Gain experience with diverse manufacturing processes, including EDM, visions systems, and CNC equipment.
Your Day to Day:
Precision & Quality: Perform quality inspections, load and unload materials (up to 50 lbs) with meticulous attention to detail.
Machine Mastery: Operate laser cutting and additional manufacturing machinery (EDM, manual mill, drill press, etc.).
Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with your Supervisor to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and ensure a smooth workflow.
Organization & Safety: Count, stack, label, and color-code parts, maintain a clean work area, and follow 5S safety practices.
What we are looking for:
Experience: Having worked in a factory setting previously. Preferred experience with CO2 laser cutting or water jet equipment, and familiarity with CNC mills/lathes preferred. Experience with setup and adjustments is a plus.
Skills: Experience in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Mindset: High attention to detail, safety conscious, and pride in quality workmanship.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) and ability to read technical specifications.
Reliability: Consistent attendance, a stable work history, and the ability to adapt to new methods.
